A survey of 1125 banking leaders reveals that while technologies like AI and cloud platforms have the potential to transform the sector, many transformation efforts fall short. Fewer than one-third of executives believe their initiatives are meeting evolving customer needs or improving risk and compliance. However, the “Pacesetters” are seeing quicker time to value compared to others.
